DNA proves that Franklin Lee Smith innocent after his death after 15 years in prison. DNA proves that Kirk Bloodsworth is innocent after 9 years on death row and many more man were proven innocent but still, the Justice System refused to release these men even after DNA proved their innocence. The cops who lie and the FBI who was shut down when they were prohibited from lying. Police who knew Nina Shahravan who filed false rape charges against Dallas Cowboys and didn't even prosecute her. Natalie Knighting gets only 6 months in jail, while Kevin Greene spent 17 years in prison for "raping" his own wife, until DNA proved that he was innocent. I, myself, can't believe those who work on bringing justice are not working on bringing justice. The justice system ignores what is real to make their job easier which is not fair to those who are innocent. With simple lying words, their human rights are taken away as easy as that. One example I remember seeing on the discovery channel is that there was this black man who broke into this lady's house, raped her, stabbed her, and left her to die. The lady was able to see the guy and saw that he was black. The lady was sent to the hospital and after recovery the lady went to jail to see which one of the guys did this to her. Having seeing the only black man in that room the lady quickly pointed him out and said that was him. After 50 years of prison, the police finally caught the actual captive. Poor innocent guy who have missed half of his life locked up in jail.... missing watching his kids grow, birthdays, family gatherings, and just seeing the people he loves. His whole life just flashed right in front of him.

An amazing topic that not many people know about. It kept me reading to find out more. You might want to reduce the amount of stats in the first paragraph, otherwise I enjoyed reading your essay!
The first paragraph with all of the numbers can get a little confusing. I can see your I say in this essay but what about the they say? Where's the arguement?
really interesting topic. I like how you provide the information, but it doesn't go back to housing and human rights. Maybe put your part in more on that?
wow your topic is my favorite one yet! Very creative but you do have too much information for those two paragraphs use more of what I say and create more paragraphs and i didnt really see what you were arguing against so include that also. Otherwise your paper looks great so far
o and very interesting first sentence
Simplify, simplify, simplify...you are OVERwriting. What does that wordy title mean? Here is an example of a really length sentence: "The evidence that American women file more false allegations against men for rape and sexual assault is more credible and better documented than the evidence which convicted as many as a million innocent men." It is okay to use shorter sentences. I think it would help.
The intro needs an attention getter. At this point, you jump straight into the topic -- and that is information overload to start with all of those statistics. You need to incorporate source citations/ templates into this. Otherwise, it all seems made up.
Make sure your voice is in each of the topic sentences -- not the THEY SAY.
Length seems to be an issue...
I agree that people proven to have made false accusations should be punish. Maybe you could talk about the punishment they should recieve. you give too many statistics at once you should spread them out so the numbers stand out to the reader. I think your off to a good start
